Woodland Mound has more than 1,000 acres of trails, picnic areas, frisbee golf, playground, etc. The kids had a great time, except for Amy. She was just warming up when another kid bumped her (or possibly she ran into him) and she fell, scraping her knee and hand. Inconsolable for the next twenty minutes or so, we decided to pack everything up, throw our lunch baggies away, and get home. She of course fell asleep (along with Paul) before we made it too far. Now, when she's supposed to be sleeping, she and Maggie are playing in their beds while we wait for the boys to get home from scouts.
